Exchange Policy – Linda Store
At Linda Store, we strive to offer products that combine quality and excellent value, providing a safe and transparent shopping experience for our customers.
Size or model exchange
We accept size or model exchanges upon request made within 7 days after receiving the product.
After contacting us, our team will evaluate the case and provide instructions for shipping.
For the exchange to be accepted, the product must:
- Be unused
- Be in perfect condition
- Include the original packaging
If the product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing the original packaging, the exchange cannot be processed.
Shipping costs
All shipping costs related to the exchange (return and resend) are the responsibility of the person who requested the exchange.
Defective product
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days after receiving it, so we can evaluate the case and guide you on the appropriate solution.
Items not eligible for exchange
The following products are not eligible for exchange:

- Accessories
- Products with signs of use
- Products without original packaging
